hi thanks for all your responses, we think he fainted due to the bath being to hot, the hospital was not bothered one little bit just sent him home no scan or anything. you have to being practically dying before you would get a mri scan in this country, my huband went back to the doctors today and the doctor was not happy but said he would send him to a migraine clinic, but i have been told this afternoon that this is normally not very helpful more just a way to get u off the doctors back. this countrys health system is a joke.

First of all, why did he faint?Did any Doctor see him and explored what caused him to faint? Please  see a specialist right away, preferably a Neurologist/Neurosurgeon. If a CT scan of the head was not done 5 years ago, I am sure that it will be done this time,  Any headache related to a head injury needs to  be investigated.  If the headache becomes unbearable, don't hesitate to go to the Emergency Room or call 911.  This could just be migraine but nonetheless, until tests are done to confirm this, you need to be aggressive .
Good Luck.

I agree with gymdandee, your husband should get a second opinion by a specialist asap.
It could be a blood clot but whatever it is you need to get him seen right away.
