If you have not been eating well for a  long time, your iron levels may be low.  That can make you feel very tired.

Vertigo can be from an infection in the inner ear where the balance mechanism is, as well as from anxiety and stress.

You need to rest more and don't worry about keeping the house in order.  Your healthy is more important than a tidy house.

If they did not give you anything for the vertigo, you can see your doctor who will be able to prescribe motion sickness medication, or if it is cheaper you can purchase these from the pharmacy.  Speak to the pharmacist about this and he will be able to assist you on which ones to buy.

The neck and back and headache problems can be stress related as well as depending on what you do.

The feeling of weak, dizzy and shaky can also be symptoms of dehydration as well as low sugar levels.  Make time to eat properly and drink plenty of fluids.  If you do not like water, you can still purchase cheaper brands of squashes to dilute with water.

If you stay at home to look after your 7 month old baby, and a 7 month old should take naps during the day, then when you put the baby down for a nap, you too must lie down and have a nap.

It is very important that you get your rest.  And yes, lack of sleep and getting exhausted will give you the symptoms that you mention.  You must look after your health, if you drop with exhaustion who will look after you and yourr young family?

All the minerals and vitamins will do you no good if you do not have a healthy and well balanced diet and the rest that your body needs by way of sleep.

If you are on a low income and cannot afford things, take the advice from Foggy2.  When you go shopping buy the supermarkets own brands as they are cheaper and if you go at certain times, supermarkets have drop down prices on fresh produce that they need to sell quickly because of the sale by date.

If your husband is unable to help out due to financial reason (he needs to work), do you have any other support systems (other people) that can help you?  Perhaps other family, friends, neighbors?  You need more sleep, as I said above, and try asking them if you husband cannot help you.

Again, if money is a problem in buying supplements, talk to your Pharmacist about a drug-assistance program to see if there is one available in your town or state.  If there is one, see if it applies to medications only or also includes supplements.  If it does not include supplements, sometimes on the label of the bottles, there is a phone number to contact the company who makes them, and they may be able to send you samples.

You are going through a lot and need a break and need to relax.  I hope these have been helpful tips for you.  Don't be afraid to ask for help because it will eventually affect your health.

Some of your symptoms sound stress related with high coritsol levels. You definitely need more sleep. You husband needs to help some until you get more rested. Also, increase your vitamins "B" "C" and minerals, these are the stress fighters.

Well you do lead a busy life and don't get much sleep or eat well.  This can contribute to your symptoms, as you are aware.  Perhaps your husband can get up with the baby at 5 since he has to get up at 6:30 allowing you more time to sleep.  And you can also catch a nap when the baby naps during the day.  Headaches can be caused by lack of sleep.

Have you tried wearing an eye mask to remove light so aid with sleep?  Studies show that having exposure to light will impede sleep.

If finances are impacting your diet, look into food shelters or food banks.  Try to eat higher protein because they fill you up quicker.  Things that are cheap with high protein are things like peanut butter.  Most towns also have social workers to assist people/families with low income; look into this and you can probably save money not only on food but also on property taxes and other things.

These are just a few suggestions.  Give it a try and let us know how you do.
