3 months ago a friend of mine started to have blood in his urine and also started vomiting blood ,, what disease does he has?

Hard to know exactly what he has but he needs to see a doctor right away. If you can't get to your family practise doctor go to the ER. He could have a bleeding ulcer, intestinal problem like polyps, and many other things. This could be serious he needs to see a doctor right away. Any other symptoms? Pain anywhere? Lumps anywhere?

He needs to be properly diagnosed by a doctor, whom he needs to see immediately.  Here are some things wrong that can have vomitting of blood as a symptom:
Esophageal Cancer
Esophageal Varices, which are very dialated veins in the lower part of the esophagus
Gastrointestinal mucormycosis, a deadly fungal infection
NSAIDs usage (like ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.)
Gastritis and Ulcers
Stomach Cancer
Yellow Fever
Hereditary Telangiectasia (guessing not likely to be your friend's problem, since it only started recently)
Mallory-Weiss Tear, which happens in the lower part of the esophagus'  mucus membrane or in the stomach's upper part, near where they join.

Here are some things blood in the urine can be caused by:
urinary tract infection, bladder and kidney stones, interstitial cystitis, kidney disease, taking aspirin or other anti-coagulant medication, hematologic disorders that affect clotting, trauma affecting the genitourinary system, and cancer.
