high blood counts with feeling tired

i have been feeling tired with back pain and abdominal pain now.i just feel bad for the last 6 months.   my doctor did a complete blood work test. no arthritis or inflammation was not found. my CBC came back as followed. wbc was 14.1 rbc was 5.45 hematocrit was46.7 absolute neutrophils was 11018. everything else was in normal range. he seems concerned and wants to redo the test in a few weeks. what could this possible be. since platlets are normal could it still be a form of cancer.

This could be a number of things and I definitely can't say if this is or isn't cancer.  The platelet count isn't always abnormal with every cancer.

If you still have no answers after this second repeat of labs I would recommend you consult a Hematologist.

Any fever or other symptoms?

I'm unsure why this question has gone on so long, unanswered, but with WBC count that high, you have an infection source somewhere.  Any history of Mono?  Did he treat you with an antibiotic? Did he suggest doing further iron studies?  Rechecking abnormal labs in two weeks is a good thing, but hopefully you have not been feeling worse in the interim.  Normal platelets level is a good thing, but not all cancers are noted with blood work.  Keep the follow up with your MD.
