hi there best to join a gym and have an instructor help you with this.. otherwise start walking 3/4 times a week as you get a lil fitter start to jog also.. jogging and running are great ways too shed some pounds
completely agreed with aimeec.. running and jogging are very good exercises.. reduce the intake of fat from your diet and take more of water.. aerobics is also a very good option.. any cardio exercise will help you reduce weight.. but u need an instructor in the beginning.. good luck..
