i have been so sick and my doc doesnt know what

I am a 24 year old married woman, I have been so sick for the past 7 months or so. First i lost 45 pounds doing weight watchers and then i find out i have high blood pressure when i didnt before when i was more heavy. Then i find out my heart rate is to high and they said i have tachycardia but no damage to my heart in any other way. My blood work has come back with very low vitamine D it was 9 and i guess it is suppose to be 45 or higher, so they put me on a high dose of 50,000 IU of vitamine D pills. I am also on high blood pressure medication and medication to slow my heart rate down. Also my estrogyn levels are so low they were only 1.8 i guess they are supposed to be 28. So they put me on a birth control to higher it. My white blood cell count has been high (about 14,000) it goes up and down but never goes to the levels they would like to see it at. I have been so tired and weak, i can barely get up in the morning, my muscles hurt so bad and my body feels like it has been in a car wreck or something. I cant lift anything, it hurts to bad and i am going to have to leave my job which is going to put my husband and i in debt. I am only 24 years old and i feel like im 90. What can all this be? I am scared and in a lot of pain and so tired and weak. Please anyone help me. I have so many tests, i have had an MRI, CT scan, EEG, Ech cardiogram, lots of blood tests, and still my doctors have no clue.
