i need answer

am 30 yers old my cbc result show that WBC3.5K/MM3 L
SEGMENTED NEUTROPHILS 35%   L
ABSOLUTE NEUTROPHIL 1.2 L
AND
RBC 5.73
HEMOGLOBIN16.3
PLATLET 234COUNT
SO IT MEANS SOMETHING WRONG ,COULD YOU EXPLAIN?

I would recommend having the cbc with diff. repeated in two to four weeks.

I forgot to add, your plt count is low as well.

that was the first time  cbc test last week,and i am runner

It is always best to list the normal ranges so that we all can answer your question better.

Your white count is abnormal.  This does NOT mean something is seriously wrong, especially if this a "one time" lab reading.  

How long ago was this done and was there another lab done?
