insects

a week ago there was a clear insect crawling on my arm, when i killed it my hand felt like it had fiberglass in it for two days. do you know what it could have been? also, it itches terribly and nothing i put on it works!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a blister bug.  In the Southwest we have those bugs.  The kissing bug also leaves a very itchy area.  You might try Gold Bond anti-itch lotion.  It's stronger than the others I've tried.  Also from time to time you could put a compress of salt water or vinegar to draw out the poison.

If this continues, consult a doctor as it could be something serious.
