I had lots of blood tests for my iron. Im on supplemets and i still feel very exahusted and no energy. What could it be? I know im not sleeping good at night either...

There are other causes of low energy.  If you're not sleeping well at night, it's possible to have sleep apnea and not know it.  You don't have to have excess weight to have sleep apnea.  I know someone who is as skinny as a stick who has sleep apnea.

They did do that it was fine the last time. WIting to get thecnew results back. But if they ar normal then what??

Ask your physians to do an anemia test.

i been on them for 7 months now.. and yes it has been checked...

Have you had your thyroid checked?  Also, it may take a while for the iron supplements to work if you're anemic.  Good luck.
