I wouldn't worry about it being a needle stick. If you keep feeling the same needle like pain then I might suggest going to a neurologist. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it if it was a one time thing.

so you say if there was no blood i can don't worry about this?
I agree that it was probably neurological. You would know for sure if there was a needle jab. It would leave a mark. No needle in the world is small enough not to leave some kind of mark.
wound like after vaccination?
But when you are jabbed with needle it must to be bleeding wound?
It could be neurological rather than a needle sick. I sometimes get very sharp pain and it feels like a needle but it isn't it is nerve related. I wouldn't worry about it at this point.

But I think it isn't possiblle to be jabbed with needle becouse it was no wound and blood in there?
Where did the needle feel like it stuck you in the foot or hand ? It could be a nerve sometimes I guess very sharp feeling and it is just a temporary nerve thing.

I was in street and I felt a needle jabble and when I come back home and seen at muscule it was no wound and no blood on clothing so I don't know what is that?
Not likely if you are worried about acquiring an infection. Unless you think felt something and didn't pay attention to it at the time. I think you would have felt anything like that.

No I am asking is it possible to be jabbed witn needle in street and couldn't fell it?
I'm sorry I don't understand. Did you go to a doctor and they jabbed you with a needle and you couldn't feel it? Or someone jabbed you with a needle and you are worried about getting an infection from it. If so was it a dirty needle?
