leg pain. back pain tightness in chest

hi i have had an ongoing pain in my lower left calf for about a week now, the pain seem to move up and down my leg and up to my back, which means when i move to stand up it is difficult for me to put weight on it. seems like i had a period of really bad cramping in the lower calf some time ago, it would happen at night and since then i have continuous pain that radiates up and down my leg, more like a dull ache, but when i move it hurts much more.

also i have noticed i have been experiencing some tightness in my chest and finding it hard to take a deep breath at times, i do have an anxiety disorder that i take klonopin for which seem to help but at other times not. i am wondering is the pain in my leg possiblly related to my shortness of breath and pain which seems to be smack in the centre of my chest, sometimes it feels like heart burn other times tightness and last night my chest was just pouunding so hard i was very concerned.
please any info you could give me on this woulkd be greatly appreciated
thanks

It sounds like your sciatic nerve that's causing your leg and calf pain. The pain in your chest could be a number of things, like heartburn.
Does this get better when your anxiety is low? Anxiety can cause all sorts of problems. Aches, pains, stomach problems.
Really though, you need to get into your Dr and find out what's going on. I hope you feel better soon. Take care. Remar
