liver cyst and colon inflammation

I have had a low grade fever, nausea, weight loss, fatigue and night sweats for over a month. My MD has completed blood tests and blood cultures, without diagnosis. After the CT Scans of chest, abdomen and pelvis, an area of concern was found in right side of colon and a 4.9 cm cyst on liver. My age is 58.
I see colon/rectal DR tomorrow for colonospy consult.
Has anyone heard of the symptoms related to colon or liver?

Yes I have been having the same trouble day n night sweats weaknesses pain in right side of liver for over a year now. My core strenth has not returned and most days now I feel quite ill some days better than others. Liver consultand had CT scan done of my liver and a smallish hydatid cyst has shown up doc says he hopes that symtoms (symptoms) will calm down as surgery is risky.
Is there anyone who has hydatid cyst and not had surgery?
