low back pain 1 year after surgery ,moves down leg

i have a dumb question . i feel it is dumb becuse i think i know the answer i just need a opion on it if that makes any since at all.
  i had a l4 l5 mico disciation in sug of 08 , really didnt have alot of lower back pain unless i was just on my feet alot or sitting to much i generly can streach and relive the presure and its fine then the past 3 months every time i wash dishes , cook dinner , laundry normal day to day thangs . i have started to get this pain in my lower back that goes down both legs with my legs hurt as well its not quit a burning pain its more of a stabing pain in my legs and my lower back feels like i am twisting my spine and i cant stand up strait when i walk or stand i tend to hunch over this is totaly diffrent from any other pain i have felt even from pinced nerevs, it hurts more then when the discs had blown im thanking arthritis but i guess i just need someone to let me know if this is what it feels like im only 30 years old and i was in a car accident that started the back issuse to begain with and i have been dealing with them since 06 but please anyone who this may sound formiler to let me know

No question is a dumb question, especially when your in pain.
Have you been to see your Dr about this? You really need to do this.

Maybe pinched nerves/sciatica is painful, take some relaxants/painkillers and see the Doctor .Good Luck
