lower Abdominal pain

for the last 3 days i feeling this slight lower abdominal pain, slightly about the groin area, it is more of a pressure that occurs when i tend to stand up or sit down...and i have been feeling the same sort of pressure in th anal area.
as well, when going to the toilet i feel that pressure in the lower abdomen area, and the anal area.
But pain as in pain, it is not there.
I go to toilet normally, i have no problem with urinating, no bleeding what so ever.
been under a lot of stress lately.

please advice.

Pain in the abdomen and anal area can both be related or two seperate symptoms.  It depends on which side the pain is on, the intensity of the pain (is it dull, achy, sharp), and how often it occurs.  From what you described though, that the pain is worse with motions that force you to use the groin muscles, standing, using the restroom, makes me think that you possibly pulled the groin muscle.  If you did pull this muscle, the abdominal muscles may be compensating (causing pain in the abdomen) while the groin recovers.  This is no diagnosis by any means, just venturing an educated guess without an examination.  It it's an abdominal issue, see if pains are worse or better when you eat.  If the painful abdominal area is reddened, swollen, tender to touch, you need to go to the emergency room immediately. Also, see your physician for excruciating pain that is intolerable or you run a fever.

Sounds like some sort of inflammation.  Have you done anything strenuous in the last week?  i.e. heavy lifting, rigorous exercise/activity

Have you taken anything OTC for this?  i.e. Ibuprofen/Motrin

i guess it is, as i did some exercises lately after stopping for a long time, but i will make sure to see my doctor.
