lump on inner side of left thigh

I am a lot worried about a lump on inner side of my left thigh.
I played a cricket match all day and when came home, i found a lump(looking like cyst) on my thigh. My leg are a bit fat so my inner thighs gets rash after playing due to touching with each other. It's been a month and lump is still there.
At first, it was a big balloon but now it is shrinked to a small cyst.
But there is also some solid mass thing inside it
I do feel pain in lump when my thighs touch each other during walk or running.
I have not blew it nor did anything with it
Please help!!

Hey,
I am not feeling any pain in the lump and it has gotten smaller. I dont know if it is a cyst or a boil. At first, it was a big pinkish balloon but it has become very small but still there??

Hello,

Since you are feeling pain in the lump and it has not gotten any smaller, I would see a doctor, it could be a type of benign cyst, but, it is always best to have things like this looked into.
