male 23 fatigue

Hello everyone,
my boyfriend is a 23 yr old construction worker. hes hardworking during the day, but pretty much as soon as he gets home, every weekday, he sleeps. he sleeps  from about 5 to 10 on avrg, then wakesup watches tv a bit and sleepos through the night. he does wake up really early.( 5am - 6am)
everytime i tell him that im worried or that maybe hes sick, he gets annoyed at me and doesnt want to talk about it!

also, this guy hasnt seen a doctor is years, i dont know how to convince him to get checked out without him getting mad at me!

also perhaps im just worried for nothing, maybe hes perfectly fine. he insists that he just loves to sleep.

young people do sleep long hours especialy when they work hard, if he is healthy I wouldn't worry about it , nor worry him he will know if he is sick , hes just a good guy who works his socks off ..good luck

You shouldn't worry too much, but I would definately try to convince him to see his doctor for a check up. For a 23 yr. old I wouldn't think he would be so tired, and maybe he doesn't want to talk about it because he himself knows something is going on. There is a syndrome called Cronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have it as well as Fibromyalgia. Look it up and see if he fits. Also, only you can know if this will work. But, maybe you can tell him- If you want to be my boyfriend/possibly husband?? someday, I want to be sure you are healthy.
