miscarage?

Early last March I found out I was about a month pregnant a week later I started bleeding very heavily I went to a womens clincic and they said since only blood came out it wasn't a miscarage but to keep an eye out for something else comming out (she described to me what comes out with a miscarage) so nothing ever came out besides blood and I continued to bleed for a couple of days so I figured I had had a miscarage. About three weeks later I notiiced I had an oval shaped  lump on my left side near my abdomen. The lump has never went away what should I do? What could this mean

You obviously did not have the baby otherwise you would have asked the doctor about this. The lump is definitely not a baby. I hope that you know this.

I had a miscarriage back on 2000 and I bleed for 24 hours and had a lot of pain with it. I got pregnant in 2001 and with in 2 weeks of finding out I started to bleed again, I thought here we go again. this time it wasn't a miscarriage, I bleed for 4 months with this little guy. the only way to honsetly tell if you had a miscarriage it to have an sonogram I would ask for one. If you did happen to have a miscarriage you need to have it taken care of because the risk of infection.

So you found out you were pregnant about 11 months ago...meaning you definatley had a miscarriage....right?  You have not been checked at all by a dr since then?  Like the women above said you should get checked to make sure there is no infection.  How big is the lump? it could be a swollen lymph node, a cyst but the only true way of know is to to and get it checked by you doctor.  good luck.

Please check with your doctor.  I did not get mine checked of some abdominal pain and 2 days later I had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago..... I am thinking that you have the corpus leteum cyst that probably grew otherwaise what else can it be.  Good Luck..I hope u will be fine
