multiple symptoms have doctors stumped

I am a 23 year old Female who has always been very healthy no colds never had a head ache ect... one year ago in February I had a series of infections then started to gain weight despite being very physically active and on a very strict diet. I gained 60 lbs in 7 months started to get head aches, nausea, severe fatigue(yes I have had a pregnancy test every time i go to a doc, not pregnant), I have trouble with my body temperature getting hot flashes and sweat when I'm cold, I developed very severe mood swings that go from very mad to very sad. I started to grow facial hair on my chin, and most recently developed reddish purple marks on my stomach which resemble stretch marks but change shape over time and fade then more appear. My doctor thought It sounds like cushing's disease but test came back normal, I have had MRI's, blood test, X-rays all come back normal and inconclusive, I don't know what is going on with my body but it is really beginning to worry me. please if anyone knows or has an idea of what is going on I would really appreciate the advice. thank you.

"The following may be some of the conditions that may increase a woman's normally low level of male hormones:

Polycystic ovary syndrome, abbreviated PCOS, (the most common)[4]
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia, in turn mostly caused by 21-α hydroxylase deficiency
Cushing's disease
Tumors in the ovaries or adrenal gland (cancer)
Certain medications
Insulin resistance
Stromal Hyperthecosis - in postmenopausal women
Obesity: As there is peripheral conversion of androgens to estrogen in these patients, this is the same mechanism as polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS.
Use of drugs like Tetrahydrogestrinone
Adverse effect of Phenytoin"

Wikipedia - Hirsutism [Hirsutism or frazonism[1] is the excessive hairiness[2] on women[3] in those parts of the body where terminal hair does not normally occur or is minimal - for example, a beard or chest hair.]
