muscles on my arm wont grow

Why are the  muscles on my arms wont grow ? I have tried weightlifting, pushups, pull ups, etc. I also tried eating the right amount to build up some body fat to make my arms grow bigger.

I also have this other problem, I'm on medications that helps me stop from getting epilepsy that which I have . Maybe these drugs is interfering with something to do with my muscles.

I have worked out for 3 weeks and take break 1 week and continues on for 3 weeks as followed.

How long have you tried this for? It is different for everyone because we all grow different. First if you have not done this for a good 3 months straight then you need to do that first because again we are all different. A real important thing is consistency, If you work out for 4 times a week and start quiting and doing it once a week you will not build muscle..

You have to train your body to do what you want it to. So be consistent and eat right and you will get there.

Also! Some muscles are hard to get then other train on things that go together don't be to random.
