nasty taste in mouth and nose

Hi  for about 4 -5 days i have the most disgusting taste and smeel in my mouth and nose when i blow my nose to be crude the flem (phlegm) that comes out smells aswell how do i  get rid of it pls i am so consious that my breath smells the same, i have had a cold and got a cough thanks

I've experienced this with both a sinus infection and a case of tonsilitis. Have you looked at the back of your throat? If you see signs of infection, like white pockets on your tonsild, I would get to the doctor! The smell issue also could be a bad tooth infection.

Try using some sort of sinus relief medicing if you need it. If it doesnt help then try seeing a Dentst. If your not seeing any old blood then most likely you have something going on with your teeth. good luck! :)

Because you have a cold, I would say it's a pretty good guess that you have a sinus infection. I get them often, and my breath ALWAYS smells. A doctor will typically put you on an antibiotic to get rid of it. Good Luck!

It sounds to me like an infection, I would see your PCP and get some antibiotics for it.
