numb feet and hands

I am a 25 year old very active female. Recently however my feet have been falling asleep while running despite shoe adjustments and changes, as well as the outer sides of my hands ( the pinky and ring finger). I have no known heath problems.

I agree with Gymdandee, it may be neurological and best to see what is going on.

It sounds like a nerve make an appointment with a Neurologist.

yeah one of my right toes does that too when im on the elliptical...its so weird... it goes completely numb though... does your toe ever go completely numb? i have no idea what it is ....
