numbness/ veins

Hi, I am a 22 year old female. Lately I have been experiencing slight numbness in mostly my right arm and leg. It is occasional on the left, but not really. Also, it never really goes numb, just a slight tingle. I just recently noticed that the veins just under my skin have become more noticeable. It started in the palms of my hands which are the worst now. It has also developed near my hip bones, on my legs and ankles and near my temple on my head. They are not vericose veins because you can just see them, they do not stick out. At times I also get aches in my arm and leg, usually when I am just sitting and it eases up if I move around. I have a doctors appointment next week but I was wondering what this could mean so I have some idea going into the appointment because all the veins are starting to worry me. Thanks!
