numerous new symptoms

HELP!!
For the last six months my wbc has been elevated with elevation in abs neutrophils and segs and decrease in lymphocytes.  i also have developed PVC's, renal cysts, and increase in number of petichia and fingernails are seperating from the nail beds in this time frame.  have seen hematologist and he did some blood work to rule out leukemia but not blood marrow biopsy.  i am extemely fatigued, depressed.  i am worried as there is hx of leukemia and cancer in the family.  no one seems to be able to give me any answers...................i am only 44 years old and would like to find out what is going on before it is to late to take care of it..............
