pain near testicle moved to pain in right lower abdomen

Hi.
3 weeks ago I started having a mild pain near my right testicle, not exactly the testicle but somewhere there. Waited one week and did not go away so I went to the urologist. Checked the testicles and surrounds with ultrasond and did not find anything wrong. He suggested me to take antiinflamation medication and wait 2 weeks. The pain the testicle slow disapeared but was replaced by a mild pain in my lower right abodmen. went again to doctor now we touched the prostata , ultrasond of kidneys and blatter  and urine test , blood test and did not find anything. the pain is almost constant but light depending on how I lay down I feel a bit more. Dont have anyothers symptons ... I am waiting to for the doctors to have time for me... and I am very worried it could be something serious. Any help would be great thx

Hi thx the problem was a small inguinial hernia which got stuck in a sort of ring which connects the testicles to the abdomen.

hi sybok. seveal years ago, i had similar symptoms, the doctor said that i had epididymitis, gave me some antibiotics.pain med and the symptome went away. I remember the pain going to my abdominal area (referred pain). looks like you've had a few ultrasounds and even bloodworks so I would not worry too much about prostate ca (if this was your concern). Hope you feel better soon.
