Thanks so much for answering my post, at least i feel someone is listening to me. I made another appt and was seen by another Dr. today , after speaking to me for about 5mins he diagnosed me with IBS. Well I'm not comfortable with that diagnosis. I asked for a copy of my ultrasound results this is what was on it. My uterus measures 113x51x65mm.The myometrium is somewhat heterogeneous( whatever that means), endometrium measures 18mm in thickness. The ovaries are normal in size and contain several small follicles. My right ovary measures 34x19x40mm for a volume of 14ml, my left ovary measures 23x15x17mm for a volume of 3ml. It shows a small amount of free fluid. my appendix was not visualized. Maybe I'm being paranoid but i've been having these symptoms for a while as well as having a belly that is hard sometimes like i'm pregnant. Anyway if anyone out there has had anything similar feel free to contact me.

It could be endometriosis or a cyst on your overaries. I would insist that the gyn tell you what is going on, and if it does not satisfy you, I would see another one.
