whats the procedure that a medical assistent would do for a patient with partial facial paralysis

The procedure for you would be do NOTHING and to find medical professionals that can do something, i.e. physician, nurse or call 911.  A Medical Assistant is NOT a licensed medical professional and surely should NOT be handling this kind of situation.

Londres70 is correct. There are no "first aid protocols" for such a problem.

Upon such a presentation (for the first time)  it is appropriate for the patient to be immediately transported by ambulance to an ER for evaluation. This is a 911 call. Stay with the patient, keep your hand on theirs or your arm on their shoulder and provide reassurance.
