i have been feeling off latley im 24 yrs old male .....
I have had doctors brush me off a lot latly and don't like going to see them cuz they think im too young to have anything wong with me and pretty much say my ribs hurt dew to a pulled muscle well I  had this pain sence dec of this year.. But first last year  dec my health  took a turn for the worst I was sitting in a car then all of a suddon I got this weird feeling so I waited a few hours no change then I told my friend to take me home cuz I felt weird I though I could sleep it off... No Dice woke up the next day heart pounding and skippin beats tingles in whole body...then I wint to the doctor and she said anxiety! now I had this all my life I kno what it feels like and I kno how to manage it but she gave me pills and didn't rilly look to concerned with about me...  I took the pills she gave me Effexor  and well for 2 months I truly thought I was gonna die on them pills it made my heart pound more and skip more beats and I had a hard time breathing so I stopped cold turkey witch also was hell..  heres my symptoms: tingling in extremity's arms and legs..  right side chest pain and back pain that spreds to shoulder, generally dazed, weak, ears poping, face presure upper teeth and eyes, cough that comes and goes, bloody nose when blowing like in snot first thing in the am, shakey, get cold easy, memory troubles  and recent yellow mucus and dark red blood cough up and weird taste when coughing..... I do smoke but not so much as it makes me feel worse and weed rarely cuz it amplifys my symptoms even if i try to ignore them before i could smoke a lot of it and have no issues ever

Do you drink a lot of milk?  Why do I ask?  Because drinking a lot of cow's milk can cause a low thyroid - staring blankly, being confused,  dry eyes, dry skin,  etc.

If you are drinking too much milk you are killing your thyroid.  Stop it.   Your temperature is probably below normal too.  The thyroid is your thermostat.
You could also be having a reaction to the antibiotics.  After the antibiotics, be sure to take probiotics to put back the friendly bacteria you killed with antibiotics.   We need the good flora to digest our food properly.

Wishing you the best

Go to your health department and get a TB test.  Sounds like you need one.  It's free and wouldn't hurt to be tested as TB is back.
    Wishing you the best.
