ribs or worse?

i was slipped something in my drink 4 days ago. From my cuts and bruises and the state of my house i imagine i fell A LOT! When i woke up i felt really crappy! but as the days progress i have major pain under my left breast, through my arm pit and in my back.  There is no way t tell what will hurt - sometimes moving, sometimes breathing, but it changes and it's not constant but it is certainly getting worse!  I don't have any real bruising (aside from the ones i noticed right away, and they seem to be getting better).  But the pain is more frequent and getting quite a bit harder to handle! Can your ribs be cracked or something without pain during the first day or two? or is this something i've done internally?
