side effects

Are there any side effects to taking the drug 'nexium'?  Does the drug become non-effective after long term use?

i would recommend pepcid ac. nexium and prylosec(sp?) are different than pepcid ac. i just read an article about all 3 of these meds and pepcid ac is supposed to be the safest. remar
