This can be a common area due to it being covered up with clothes, getting hot and also friction when moving around. I would try a small body brush or exfoliating gloves while bathing/showering. Using an up and down movement rather than circular. When area dried,I would apply a small amount of spot treatment coupe of times a day and follow that with moisturizer at night and when you can wear loose clothing so as area can breath. Let me know how u get on.

I get some tiny little bumps just outside the labia in the groin area.  I use a cream made of beeswax and jojoba oil on them and they are at least smaller.   - I am also taking Sepia which is for all kinds of female problems.  Seems to help also.  As of this date, tho, I haven't found a cure.

let me know how you fare.

Hi and welcome. sounds like pricley heat rash. When i get them us dab on a bit of 1% hydro corizone cream with aloe and usually clears up in a day or so. Try washing the area with warm/hot water then put some alcohol on it, then the cream.
