slight pain in lower abdomen

i've been experiencing slight cramping pain towards the right side in the lower abdomen for the past 2 days.. it's not continuous but comes up sometime or the other.. it's not any pregnancy symptom and i recently finished of with my periods  so wat else can it be?

That's where your appendix is.  Where did the pain start?  Try taking something for gas, like Phazyme (simethicone) and lie down.  If it improves within 30 minutes it's probably gas.  If it does not, then you might want to call the doctor.

I started with this pain then I had a stomach bug and it got much worse. I hope you find an answer and that you don;t end up like me!

Could be appendix related, gas, or even hormonal. I have had ovarian cysts and they can feel like this, might be a good idea to get it checked if it keeps up or gets worse.
