someone please help

can someone please look at my pictures and tell me what it looks like please Ive only had it for about 2 weeks or so it don't hurt or itch the time it hurts is if i push on it. i did start a new job as a waitress and i have never been one before and i work with a lot of bleach water and i never did till i started there Ive worked there for about 3 weeks now and i got this on the inside of my middle finger about a week after i started there and its starting to scare me because i don't know what it is can someone help me out please???????

It could be from the bleach! can't you wear rubber gloves when working with bleach? Skin contact will produce caustic irritation or burns due to defatting
of skin oils and destruction of tissue.

thank you both for your input. i have had few people tell me it was herpes but i did some research and it didnt look like it or anything so i wasnt sure but thank you both so much
