i have this really tiny dot on my hand . it doesn't hurt what so ever and goes away if i apply pressure but re-appears immediately if pressure is released. it was really annoying me so I pierced it with a needle and it began to bleed like mad. so I'm just curious if it is something like a capillary or something else. thx
It is just then end of the blood vessel is right next to the surface of your skin. I have several of them. They are nothing to be worried about. They do tend to bleed a lot more if you pierce or cut them.
