toddler with petechiae and abnormal bloodwork

My 3 year old daughter has been getting petechiae since August, for no apparent reason. She also has daily stomach pain, and occasional wrist and foot pain. So, because she does it so often (the petechiae) , her pediatrician sent her to an oncologist/hematologist yesterday.  When we got the finger ***** the results were abnormal in a few areas, so they took more blood to "rule some things out", which takes a few weeks to get back. So my question is if anyone knows what all this could mean. This is what the blood work results were:

WBC- 12.40   RED CELL- 4.83  HEMOGLOBIN 13.4  HEMATOCRIT- 38.1  MCV- 78.7  MCH- 27.8   MCHC- 35.3  RDW- 11.9  PLATELET COUNT- 443 (HIGH)  MPV- 6.3 (LOW)  SEGS- 29.0 (LOW)  LYMPHOCYTES- 61.0 (HIGH)     MONOCYTES- 5.0   EOSINOPHILS- 5.0    CELLS COUNTED-100

THEN IT SAYS:  NORMAL RBC MORP-NL    REACTIVE LYMPHS- SL    PLT AGGREGATES- PRESENT
RETIC COUNT-1.1   ABSOLUTE RETIC - 51.6
