urgent! night sweats !

The past couple days my legs and butt have been sweating. my upper body and head is fine. when i wake up i realize my legs are really close together and my sheets a kind of thick. my questions are if this is considered night sweats? does your whole body have to sweat to be considered night sweats? and if you have night sweats does it occur even without sheets over you? i cant find any of these answers online any answers would be great, thanks.

I think this happens to me ...now that you say it. I just recently changed my biodentical progesterone, along with oral progesterone, in hopes of helping this even more. It's funny cause I don't have hotflashes, but I do consider what we were expiriencing was nite sweats.
