My daughter has alot of that also, And she say's T/Gel Shampoo is really good at Walmart...And also try buying a leave in spray conditioner.
Don't forget to supplement and work on your hair/nails from the inside also. Cod liver oil or a good fish oil supplement will also help. A good boar brush - we used to do a hundred strokes on our hair everynight - to stimulate the hair follicles and oil glands on your scalp. Or massage your scalp every night before going to bed. The hair brushes we use nowadays don't massage the scalp.
Sulphates in shampoos can cause it, try a non sulphate shampoo and conditioner. they sell them in the drug stores
Me too ): it's feels tight in my head/scalp . &when I massage or move my fingers on the top of my head in a circular movement it seems to feel better .
It could be you are allergic to something you are using do you use a gel or hairspray regularly, Neutrogena do a few products that are gentle more than the usual shampoos , also hypoallergenic in case you have an allergy.might be an idea to google 'dry itchy scalp Medications'and see what comes up ..good luck
