my dad is bringing my 2 year old brother to visit from nicaragua for the first time;  apparently he gets sick a lot, and loses a lot of weight, and has been hospitalized on many occations, but they can never figure out whats wrong with him.  im just worried he might bring something to my children who are aged 20 months, and 3 months.  My little brother was vaccinated in Nicaragua, but im not even sure what their vaccination schedule is.  And my children have not been vaccinated.  My question is, do you think he will pose a risk to my children?  Thank you
