what are the best and safe slim teas that works great?

im 23 years old and my weight i believe is not in the right range. im not under weight and im not super over weight. im 5'3 weighing at 148. i think im suppose to be 125 or 130....anyway...i was just wondering if anyone knows of any safe and healthy slim teas that works fast and good???? i have been drinking china slim tea off and on but i would like to try something better.

Some things to think about. Are you on any medications? Is your thyroid ok? What is your diet and fitness like? You are so young, and I hate to see you start on this cycle of trying to be a certain weight. I think the best and safest thing you could do would be to be the healthiest you can be for you. There is no perfect body, no perfect shape, no perfect height or  weight. We are all people--and what is worth working on the most, is what is inside. Dont be discouraged by my answer. I am just a mom answering you as I would my own children. I tell my kids--dont over eat, eat healthy, be active, and the rest of the time work on being beautiful on the inside. :)
