You could be "estrogen dominant" too much estrogen in your system. I would ask for a blood test or saliva test to test your hormonal levels.

do you have lumps? i have this with my right breast. went to see my gp and went to hospital for tests. i have a few lumps who arent dangerous but they hurt. especially a few days after i have my period..does your breast look normal? is it the whole breast that hurts or just the area around your nipple?

I have terrible pains every once in a while and when I do it hurts so bad!!! And has lasted up to about 45 min.   I asked around about it and I know hormones and too much caffeine can cause terrible breast pain.  I was told to cut back the caffeine and see if I notie a difference. I havent had one in about 2 months..
