worried about my daughter

Hello, i am concern about my daughter she is 21 goes to rutgers university full time and works full time. she has gained a significant amount of weight since she started skool..but my concern is she has abdaminal pain every day 24 hours not the kind we need to run to hospital but she has it and every time i mean every time she tries to eat. it hurts and she has to go bathroom with diarrhea..she drinks alot of water thats about the most that goes in her.. this has been going on for some time now she hasnt gone to doctor she was finishing finals and with work very busy.. she has appt already but i wanted to know if any one can give some insight on this plz.and is it possible me and my husband feel almost the same the only diffrence i think is me and my husband have a sour  taste in our mouth... she wanted to kno if it was connected by any chance shes not home much cus she lives at skool mayb only sometimes on wekends... thank you for any help

How long has she had it for, if it is a few days it could be food related, if it continues past a few days tell her to visit the Doctor , she may need something to help, could be IBS but he will tell her, she is also ver busy and maybe gets stressed out so that can also affect her stomach. It would be good to get her onto a food programme if she is gaining weight it is possible she is eating the wrong kind of food, and not getting enough of the right exercise.If it was some food you ate you could have some also so drink plenty of water , not muchfood.
