Help!!

I am a 32yr old female. I have had lots of abdominal surgeries, but most recently I had open surgery for 3 incarcerated hernias in march of 2009. All 3 ripped back open and were bigger than they were before, so they were fixed for a second time in Oct of 2010. Everything was fine until I was guiding a raft down the river in August of 2011 and heard and felt a pop. I'm having severe pain, nausea and vomiting. I went to see the surgeon who did the last two surgeries. He did an ultrasound in one spot and said I had a weakness in the wall, but no hernia. I can feel a hole with my fingers. Pain has been getting a lot worse this past month. What do I do?

Also, mesh was not used in either of the surgeries. We talked about using mesh for the second one, but he decided not to use it after all. He said he doesn't like to use mesh in younger people. I feel that if he used the mesh like we agreed, this maybe wouldn't be happening.. This is no life. I'm taking pain meds and nausea meds everyday. But sometimes I get so sick that I can't take them. In constant pain. Help.
