Is it appendicitis?

Is it appendicitis?

Hi I've got a short question. Is it possible I have appendicitis.

My story is as follows:
-Wednesday (19.10) Around 3pm I have a slight stomach ache. On my way back home I eat a kebab.
Pain gradually increases. Around 8pm it is severe. Centred around belly button. Every time I move/take a deep breath/cough the pain increases. Can't sleep. I feel nauseous. I make myself vomit once.
-Thursday (20.10) In the morning the pain centres around right bottom part of the stomach. I go to a doctor. He tells me to do a USG scan and a blood test. USG reveals nothing. Blood test - Leukocytosis - 13500/mm³. Doctor tells me to wait and see what happens. If I start feeling worse then to go to an emergency room. Still the pain is big when I move/take a deep breath/or touch my stomach.
-Friday (21.10) The pain seems to ease but it is still nagging.
-Saturday The pain decreases
-Sunday I feel fine. However my stomach seems to have tenderness.
-Monday I feel fine
-Tuesday I feel fine.

So is it possible that the pain went away and I still appendicitis?

Honestly it sounds more likely that it's something like your gallbladder. (especially if the first pain occured after eating something kind of fatty.) You need to  talk with a gp to make sure that you're gall bladder isn't acting up. If it is it means a strict diet change and possibly surgery.

Ok I'll check into that.
What kind of tests the doctor might ask me to do?
