Please help! Upper inner thigh pain that never go away!

10 years ago my right side upper inner thigh muscle start to feel pain, mostly when lifting the leg or close the leg. No lump no pump, both leg still the same size Sometimes the pain seems fade away but sometime it hurt bad when lift the leg or even when lying down or even when I sleep and not using that muscle. The pain usually come with numbness and also affect the buttock area sometimes. The affected leg seems high lighter color than the other.
Recently I got X-ray and MRI, X-ray shows normal bone structure, MRI show the upper inner thigh muscle is inflame. They also did an ultrasound and found hematoma sac of blood near the affected area. Since my country do not have good health care system so they still cannot figure out what's happen with me. My leg still pain on and off but never goes away. I can walk normally, but sometimes very painful to lift the leg up or spread leg wide.
They said it's normal to have blood hematoma in the inflamation but why it never heal they don't know.
Over 10 years the pain do not get worst or better, but the numbness is quite recent.
Please help!
