What can I do for the pain management of a self-surgery? (castration)

Hello everyone,

A few months ago I intentionally shot my penis 4 times and finished severing it with a knife for spiritual purposes. I damaged a testicle in the process and the ER removed it when I arrived. I need to finish the castration of my remaining testicle, but I'm extremely afraid of the pain from the previous event I experienced.

What are some easy ways I can manage the pain for this procedure, and are there any easily accessible pain medications (pills, injections, creams, etc.)?

Please do not tell me to receive mental help, I have had a lot of it after each mutilation as well as on the side and they do nothing for me and cannot persuade me otherwise. I must do this to serve God. I am simply asking for true medical advice on this procedure and how to best cope with the pain. I cannot have a professional do this, it must be done on my own.

Thank you very much for your time.
