gastroschisis and growth restriction

hello my name id gabriella and i am 26 weeks pregnant at 15 week i found out that my baby has gastroschisis it was very hard to me i cryed very much and get used to the ideea that my baby has gasro very hard but a few days ago i've benn to the hospital for my scan and they told me that she is 2 weeeks  back with her growth now i am vert scared what will happend wit my baby how small she will be>/?and how this will affect her after birth  she will be a normal chil?????please help me with an answer thank you very munch
