Being hit in the testicals

Right before I start do excuse me if this is in the wrong section.

Right on the way to college today on the bus me and my friend were having a bit of banter and I said something that made everyone laugh at him. So as we got off the bus he hit me in the testicals(not to hurt me for a laugh if you like) and well as you can probaly guess it hurt. Well walking to the bus stop after college being a boy feeling the cold I put my hands in the "comfort zone" when I notiched a lump on my testical. Ive just gone for a shower and being hot and comfortable obviously all things start dropping. So i thouhgt id have another check and it may just me being paranoid but it seems the lump has got bigger or maybe it has turned more into how can I put this? Like a soft tissue .

Anyone have any ideas what this maybe all responses would be very welcome I hope you can put me at ease.

PS excuse my poor writing skills this has never been my thing but ive worded it as well as I can.

You should talk to your doctor about any lumps that you have found to have them carefully evaluated.
