Cystic Hygroma

When I was 14 weeks pregnant, my baby was diagnosed with a cystic hygroma. I had an amnio done and it came back normal. I then had a fetal echo done and that as well came back normal. The hygroma was completely gone by 25 weeks. My baby was born on March 3rd seemingly healthy. My question is this.....what do I need to do now? I know things can be missed. My doctor offered another chromosome test, but I declined. I didn't want to put her through that unless we really suspected something to be wrong. I'm taking her for an echocardiogram next week to rule out a heart defect. The fetal echo looked good, but my doctor and I both agreed that her heart should be looked at again to be sure. Are there any other things I could rule out without putting my daughter through anything painful? Is there any risk of neurological defects with a cystic hygroma? My peri told me that she should be thoroughly evaluated after birth but didn't tell me what we needed to be looking for.....he said there were just too many possibilities. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated!
