Genetic disorder

I'm 20 yearrs old and have irregular menses from the begining of these cycles. Earlier i used to skip periods for months but since last six months there's a sudden change to my cycles. For 1 month i bleed heavily and 1 month my periods are absent. Last month i didnt bleed, this month from 7th I have been bleeding. I'm very sick, have extreme numbness in my hands,legs and my fingers, depressive moods and unexplained coughs. I have tried contraceptive pill, they didnt work for me, my ultrasound reports didnt show any mass. I want u to help me with some herbal treatment and advice me medicines to stop current bleeding (as my bleeding isn't stopping)
I M WORRIED . I think this is a genetic disordere, but i'm not sure could it be? If it's or its not, how can i cure it?
