Heterozygous for the A1298C Mutation

After 3 miscarriages I tested positive for one copy of the A1298C mutation and do not have the C677T mutation.
I have had difficulty finding information for 1 copy of the A1298C without the C677T mutation. What exactly does this mean for me and could this be the reason for my miscarriages. All miscarriages have tested positive for chromosonal abnormalities. I am currently in a egg donor program for IVF.

I have heterozygous which means you have one part of a gene mutation I have a type of defiancy with folic acid and b vitamins and I also clot a little which causes no nutrition to the fetus all caused by the gene mutation, I now see a specialist after I had mulitple miscarriages.  I am now happy to say with treatment of baby asprin and two pills a day called Folbic I am expecting my first child a healthy baby girl next month, I am monitored regulary but its all worth it.
Try talking to your doctor about using the medications next time you become preganant and you may be able to have a baby on your own with your own egg.
