are twins possible for me?

I am a 21 yo Female, I had an all natural vaginal birth almost 2 years ago. I am Rh factor negative and had several shots through out my pregnancy since my husband is Rh factor positive. He has twin sisters a little over 3 years younger and my 2nd cousin had twin boys. What are my chances of conceiving twins? Oh and my grandma on my father's side had sisters that had twins and one of her aunts had twins and some other had triplets.

Thank you for your question.  Having monozygotic twins is not typically something that runs in families.  However, having dizygotic twins does run in families and happens more frequently after the second pregnancy.   If the twins in your families are dizygotic, then your chance of having twins is higher than someone without that family history.
